From March 22nd 2021 there will be a new timetable for the 65 bus. All services will be routed through the villages of The Narth and Penallt. There are minor changes to the times of the buses in other villages as well. The new timetables can be found here

Here is the Christmas timetable: –

🎄No service from 25th to the 29th

🎄No service on the 1st January
🎄Normal service will resume on the 2nd (which is a Saturday)
We’re delighted that the full timetable will be restored from Monday 7th December, including all Saturday services and the 1715 from Chepstow to Monmouth
The 65 Bus is being featured in the Wye Valley River Festival. It’s part of the Films of Forest and Valley section. From 27th July, it will be mandatory to wear a 3 layer face covering when travelling on public transport in Wales – https://trc.cymru/face-coverings
From 26th May until at least 12th June there are 5 way temporary traffic lights in Chepstow. This has been causing severe delays to the 65 bus service and Monmouthshire County Council have therefore decided to re-route the bus for this period as follows:
MCC will be reviewing this on a daily basis and will update us as and when changes are made.

We’re pleased to confirm that the 65 bus service is continuing, despite the current difficult circumstances. The bus is running to its usual timetable WITH THE EXCEPTION OF the 1715 service from Chepstow to Monmouth and all Saturday services, which are temporarily suspended.
We are very grateful to Monmouthshire County Council for recognising the value of this service for essential travel to and from work and the shops. We also owe a great debt of thanks to all the drivers for keeping this service going.
We will update the website whenever there are any changes that affect the service.
